Our foodbank relies on your goodwill and support.
We have a shopping list of items that we currently need – see our current shopping list.
If you would like to provide toiletries we have created a wish list with Easho, which enables you to buy online.
TIER 4 – FOODBANK OPEN BUT WAREHOUSE DELIVERIES NOT ESSENTIAL
As an essential service supplying food, Slough Foodbank is open as usual for those with referrals to collect their food.
Our volunteers are permitted to travel to do their roles.
Deliveries to our warehouses are NOT essential so please do not break the advice to bring them now.
Rest assured we have plentiful supplies thanks to very generous pre-Christmas donations. Our warehouse will be closed for the whole of January to protect our volunteers working to sort the stock from December. We cannot risk anyone in the warehouse team bubble being infected and causing us to close completely.
The government guidance is as follows:
Being in tier 4 means: Residents must stay at home and only travel for work, essential supplies and medical necessity.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Our warehouse is closed to deliveries. You can still make donations through the supermarket collection points if you buy the donations from the supermarket. Please see the table below for our food collection point locations. The supermarket collection points are intended only for donations by shoppers from their in-store purchases.

We always welcome donations and promise to use them to provide help to people in crisis. Occasionally we send food to other foodbanks to support their work particularly if they are experiencing shortages or we have surplus in certain items. This ensures your donations go to help people in need wherever they are in the UK.
Please contact us if you have any questions about donating food.
If you would like to make a monetary donation it will be gratefully received. We do have to cover overheads and running costs. We also need to fund our Fuelbank, which provides a gas or electricity voucher so that those in receipt of our food parcels are able to cook/heat the food we provide. Give a monetary donation.
